You do not have to give us personal information to visit our Web site. However, if you wish to purchase any merchandise from our store than a registered account is required. The account will include:

Valid Address

Returns & Replacements

Most items may be returned for a refund or exchange. The exception would be tools and specialty items.

You may return your order for a refund. There is a 25% restocking fee applied to returned items and shipping is non-refundable.The costs of returning the product would be your responsibility. Returns must be returned in new condition or they will be subject to an additional restocking fee.

If you want to exchange your original purchase, we will credit the product total towards your new order. If the new parts are less we will credit you the difference. Additional shipping and handling is your responsiblity.
Notice of order cancellation needs to be received within 48 hours of the date the order was placed. Notices recieved after 48 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Viewing Orders

You can view your order history by following these 4 simple steps.

Step 1. Click Login button and enter your Email Address and Password, click 'Login'.

Step 2. Below is a list of 'Recent Orders' you have placed. To view a specific order, click 'View Order' on the right side of the page.

Step 3. To reorder any products previously ordered. Click 'Reorder' next to the 'View Order' button.

Step 4. Remove any products you do not want to reorder. When finished click 'Checkout'.

Updating Account Information

You can easily update your account information by logging into your account and then click on the 'Edit' button. Fill in the updated information and click 'Save'.
